  1. Open VLC Media Player. If you don't have it download it from Here
    
2. Then Go to Tools > Preference Or press CTRL + P and Selecet Video from left panel
    
3. Then Choose DirectX video output from output dropdown list as shown in below image .

4. Save the changes ans restart VLC Media Player.
5. Play any video you would like to set as your desktop wallpaper.
    
6. Then click on Video and select DirectX Wallpaper from the dropdown list as show in below image.

7. Now Minimize vlc player and you will see your video running on your desktop as wallpaper.
    
8. If you want your default wallpaper back then uncheck DirectX Wallpaper from video dropdown list.

How to unlock BSNL 3G Data Card By Himesh Suthar

It is possible to use other SIM in the data card.


For doing u have so to change simple setting in your registry.
First you open the registry editor goto run by pressing Ctrl+R.
Then open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.Then open SOFTWARE and finally open LinkTop3G.
Now, you have to do is to change the value of Engineer key from 1 to 0.
It's done.

But, to access internet from any other SIM you have to do some connection setting in the BSNL 3G program.

Open BSNL 3G, goto settings, in the connection menu click on "add" and do the following settings.
Profile Name-  Any
Number-   *99#
User Name-  (Blank)
Password-  (Blank)
APN-According to the SIM inserted, for example
APN of Airtel is airtelgprs.com
APN of Tata Docomo is TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
APN of Aircel is aircelweb
APN of Vodafone is www(small letters).
